Who is Orandy Smith?

Orandy Smith is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. After much research, trial and error, Orandy decided to launch the life transforming fitness program on June 1, 2016.

 How Do I Join the Orandy Fitness Program?

What does the Orandy Fitness Program entail?

 Clients receive customized work out routines and meal plans to support their weight loss or weight gain goals

 Can I join the program if I want to gain weight?

Yes. The program is designed to support clients who have an interest in transforming their bodies and subsequently we certainly cater to clients whose goal is to gain weight and build muscles.   

Can I join if I am not in Jamaica?

Yes. The program is designed to cater to clients globally.

Is the program for Females only?

No. We have both male and female clients

 How long does the program last?

 There is no set duration. The program is intended to support with transforming your life for the long term. We have clients who have been on the program for 3+ years with amazing success.

Do we meet with the trainer face to face?

This is a virtual program. There will be no face to face meetings 

 How is my progress tracked?

 Various methods are employed to track your progress.

What is the average weight loss per week?

On average, clients have lost 0.5 – 2 pounds per week. However, it is fundamental to note that each person is different and as such on your journey, you may lose less or more.

Does this program come with a meal plan and workout routine?

Yes. You will be provided with both upon joining

Can I work out at home?

No. You will be required to join a gym. Please exercise caution with selection – when it gets to selection, we can support you with finding a suitable gym

Am I able to only get the meal plan?

No. Participation in this program will require both maintaining the prescribed meal plan and gym regime.
